    COMPLAINT about Homes NSW Officer

    Wed 08th April 2026

It is a privilege to be a Homes NSW tenant.

However, we have an enormous amount of anti-social behaviour to negotiate.

I am an advocate for any of my neighbours who are being bullied, including myself.

I am a person who always strives to do what is right.

Since 2014 I have endured an enormous amount of challenges.

I am well known to the people in authority.

We always have a lovely rapport.

I am disabled and severely unwell with issues of multi-morbidity.

As a person who lives alone it is my right to live my life with dignity and independence.

Mental preparation, and mutual respect of boundaries is how I fulfil all of my responsibilities and obligations.

Each time that I have a direct-contact person at Homes NSW, our relationship is based on honesty and transparency.

However each time that my direct-contact person is promoted or transferred

I have to endure the same issues of fob-off, frustration and being shut-down.

This is time consuming and debilitating.

For years I have received support from The Australian Human Rights Commission.

I have legal agreements with The NSW Police, Australia Post and I thought Homes NSW.

    11:34 am.

    The officer reads my signs.

He disrespects them and knocks anyway.

He quickly leaves and goes to talk to my neighbour.

11:43 am. He couldn't give a hoot about my sign.

This guy is completely disrespectful of my situation.

He is completely disrespectful of my boundaries.

After another devastating situation on October 16th 2025, I had a phone meeting with

the Homes NSW Manager of Housing Operations.

We had a lovely rapport. I felt heard and supported.

The signage on my door is crystal clear.

But this guy is disrespectful of the correct protocol to make contact with me.

I was already in (including but not limited to,) chronic pain.

    I was asleep.

    He knocks anyway.

His repeated disrespect has propelled me into PTSD mode.

    11:46 am

A decent officer would have checked the notes on my T File.

A decent human being would not have knocked.

He would have left his Call Note the first time and left quietly.

    I am utterly appalled.

    11:47 am

I am currently in financial hardship.

I am on the lowest cost security camera subscription.

If I was on a premium subscription it is possible that I could have more video.

Later in the day I went outside to collect a courier delivery.

His Call Note fell to the ground.

This confirms 100% that this man was from Homes NSW.

I have made a formal complaint to the Manager of Homes NSW Housing Operations.

    The officer rocked up unannounced.

He harassed me at least 4 times.

The signs are on my door because I cannot get to my door.

The solution that I am respectfully seeking is that Homes Officers follow the protocol that has been set up between HNSW and myself.

This repetitive inconsiderate behaviour was ABUSE.

    Thank you.

    Respectfully,

    MF
